Elisabeth Butler is a Master of Public Administration student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned her B.S. in Environmental Science in 2020 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her area of focus and interest is community engagement and development, particularly on the use of dialogue and asset building to cultivate stronger social networks and increase social capital.
